The events that took place on 9/11 have affected our job market significantly. Many of us were either personally affected by the attacks, have family members who were greatly affected, or know of someone whose life was altered that day; whether it be loss of a loved one, loss of job, or other major alterations in daily life. The job market was severely impacted, and as we continue to recover, we remember how lucky we are to be laborers in America today. We honor and remember the American workers who lost their life that day, while at just another regular day at work.
