If you own your own business, your main concern shouldn’t have to be Human Resource functions. Especially not Regulatory Compliance—which, unfortunately, can be a major source of fines, fees and penalties if you aren’t keeping up to date. For this reason, October has been designated Regulatory Compliance month for our Monday Morning Musings weekly post.
