HR Strategies associates are dedicated to continuing their professional development in order to provide our clients with the very best service and knowledge base possible. We are pleased to announce that the following associates have recently attained the following achievements:
Kim Williams, Director of Benefits, has attained the Global Benefits Administrator, awarded by the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Specialist and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a certified benefits professional with a specialty designation focusing on health care and other group benefits.
Tanya White, Director of Workers Compensation; Hillary Hubbard Wilkins, HR & Client Service Specialist; Angie Passmore, Director of Payroll Operations; and Will Beesley, Vice President; have all recently achieved their Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credentials. SHRM regards the SHRM-CP as the new standard in certification for the HR profession. SHRM’s new credentials demonstrate to the global business community that the credential holder has strong capabilities in both aspects of HR practice-competency and knowledge-that are required for effective job performance. The SHRM-CP certification is designed for HR professionals who are engaged primarily in an operational role-implementing policies, serving as the HR point of contact for staff and stakeholders, and/or performing day-to-day HR functions.
Susan Clotfelter, Sr. Human Resource Consultant, has recently earned the Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) merit. The SHRM-SCP certification is designed for HR professionals at a senior-level who operate primarily in a strategic role-developing policies and strategies, overseeing the execution of HR operations, analyzing performance metrics, and/or contributing to the alignment of HR strategies to organizational goals.
MariaElena Ayala, Vice President of HR & Client Services, has also been awarded the SHRM-SCP; along with attaining Fellow Credentials on her CEBS designation, awarded by the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Specialist and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. This special distinction recognizes members who are committed to continuing their professional development by broadening their knowledge in employee benefits, compensation and key related areas.
The accolades that these associates have received are part of our ongoing promise to our clients to continue to provide them with the best service and resources possible for handling their companies’ Human Resource needs. Continuing Education and Professional Development ensures that our staff is up to date on the most current policies, procedures, regulations, and trends in the broad world of Human Resources.
