Happy Law [May] Day!

LawDay_Logo_carousel A little known fact, on May 1st of each year, the United States officially recognizes Law Day. According to Wikipedia, “It is meant to reflect on the role of law in the foundation of the country and to recognize its importance for society. Implemented as a Cold War stunt to combat communism, as the rest of the world recognizes May Day as International Workers’ Day, Law Day is not commonly recognized by the American public.”

This year’s Law Day Theme, according to the American Bar Association, is American Democracy and the Rule of Law: Why Every Vote Matters. According to their website (click here to read more):
