HR Strategies prides itself on delivering customized HR solutions; including payroll, employee benefits, HR consulting, training, workers’ compensation, and regulatory compliance; while working alongside their clients to go beyond the expectations of what is expected from a PEO/HRO. The recent survey asked clients to rate their satisfaction of each department individually, as well as accuracy and timeliness of services provided; and responsiveness and courtesy of their representatives. The goal of the survey was to ensure that they are meeting their client’s needs, and to become aware of any areas that need improvement. Clients were also given the opportunity to provide additional comments. A synopsis of results:

• 98% overall satisfaction with HR Strategies
